• Prior to 45 days before departure: AED XXXX + travel insurance + air ticket cost (if applicable)
• 45 days to 30 days: 50% of the tour cost
• 30 days to 15 days: 75% of the tour cost
• Within 15 days of departure: 100% of the tour cost
• No Show: 100% of the tour cost

• Hotel check-in is typically between 14:00–15:00, and check-out between 11:00–12:00. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and not guaranteed.
