• The itinerary may be modified or rearranged at any time without prior notice due to operational or unforeseen circumstances.
• No refunds will be provided for any services, activities, or sightseeing that are not used or missed.
• We shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss, damage, injury, accident, illness, death, baggage loss, delays, breakdowns, or irregularities arising during the tour due to weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine, natural calamities, or any other unforeseen events. Any such expenses or losses shall be borne entirely by the traveler.
• If the specified hotels are unavailable, accommodation will be arranged at an alternative hotel of a similar category.
• Travelers are solely responsible for ensuring that all required travel documents, passports, and visas are valid and obtained prior to departure.
• Hotels do not offer refunds for late check-ins or early check-outs under any circumstances.
• Certain activities (such as paragliding, skiing, etc.) are optional and available at an additional cost.
• No refunds or waivers will be granted in the event of deportation or denied entry for any reason.
• All transportation and transfers for the group will be provided on a private basis throughout the tour.
• Some hotels may require a refundable security deposit to be paid at the time of check-in.
• This is a fixed group departure; therefore, no changes, amendments, or cancellations will be permitted once the booking is confirmed.

Cancellation Policy

• Prior to 45 days or more: 30% of the total amount is non-refundable.
• 44 to 31 days before departure: 45% of the total cost will be deducted.
• 30 to 15 days before departure: 60% of the total cost will be deducted.
• 14 to 10 days before departure: 75% of the total cost will be deducted.
• Less than 10 days prior to departure: 100% of the total amount will be deducted.
