No refunds will be given for any unused services or sightseeing.
The company shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, injury, accident, baggage loss, delay, or unforeseen incidents arising from weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond control; all related expenses must be borne by the traveler.
If the listed hotels are unavailable, alternative accommodation of a similar category will be provided.
Guests are solely responsible for ensuring all required travel documents and visas are valid and obtained.
Hotels do not offer refunds for late check-in or early check-out.
Certain activities are optional and available at an additional cost.
No refunds or waivers will be applicable in case of deportation for any reason.
All transfers will be arranged on a private basis for the entire group.
Some hotels may require a refundable security deposit at the time of check-in.
This is a fixed group departure; amendments or changes are not permitted.

Cancellation Policy

Prior to 45 days or more: 30% of the total amount is non-refundable.
44 to 31 days before departure: 45% of the total cost will be deducted.
30 to 15 days before departure: 60% of the total cost will be deducted.
14 to 10 days before departure: 75% of the total cost will be deducted.
Less than 10 days prior to departure: 100% of the total amount will be deducted.

Meet the guide and depart for sightseeing tour including Red Square and photo stop at the Flying Bridge in Zaryadiye Park.
St. Basil Cathedral (outside), Sparrow Hills, Moscow University, Moskova River Embankments.
Cable Car Ride at Sparrow Hills (one way).
Time for lunch in city center.
Metro and Arbat Street.
Back to hotel.

Day 03 Moscow – St. Petersburg

Breakfast at the hotel.
08:00 Check out.
08:00 Meet the guide in the lobby and transfer to the railway station.
09:30 Take Sapsan Bullet Train to St. Petersburg.
13:30 Arrival to St. Petersburg.
Departure to Catherine’s Palace.
Catherine’s Palace and Amber Room visit.
By 17:00 Back to city.
Transfer to the hotel and check-in.
Overnight at the hotel.

Day 04 St. Petersburg

Breakfast at the hotel.
Meet the guide in the lobby of the hotel.
10:30–12:30 Visit Hermitage Museum – the biggest European gallery.
Time for lunch.
14:00–17:00 City sightseeing tour including photo stops and outside visits: St. Isaak, St. Savior and Kazan Cathedrals, Nevsky Prospect, Neva River embankments, Mariinsky Theater, Winter Palace, Bronze Horseman Statue, Admiralty.
17:00–18:30 Shopping drop at Galeria Mall.
Back to hotel.

Day 05 St. Petersburg – Moscow

Breakfast at the hotel.
Check out at 12:00 PM and transfer to the railway station.
Sapsan Bullet Train to Moscow.
Upon arrival to Moscow, transfer to the airport to catch the flight.
