• The company shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, injury, accident, baggage loss, delay, or unforeseen incidents arising from weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond control; all related expenses must be borne by the traveler.
• If the listed hotels are unavailable, alternative accommodation of a similar category will be provided.
• Guests are solely responsible for ensuring all required travel documents and visas are valid and obtained.
• Hotels do not offer refunds for late check-in or early check-out.
• Certain activities are optional and available at an additional cost.
• No refunds or waivers will be applicable in case of deportation for any reason.
• All transfers will be arranged on a private basis for the entire group.
• Some hotels may require a refundable security deposit at the time of check-in.
• This is a fixed group departure; amendments or changes are not permitted.

Cancellation Policy

• Prior to 45 days or more: 30% of the total amount is non-refundable.
• 44 to 31 days before departure: 45% of the total cost will be deducted.
• 30 to 15 days before departure: 60% of the total cost will be deducted.
• 14 to 10 days before departure: 75% of the total cost will be deducted.
• Less than 10 days prior to departure: 100% of the total amount will be deducted.
